Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Blick Opps ("the game") collects, how it is used, and your choices. The game is developed and published by Nostalgia Vision ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@blickopps.com.
Information we collect
- Account identifiers. When you play online, the game uses identifiers from the platform you sign in with, such as your Steam ID, your Epic account ID, and your Epic Online Services (EOS) product user ID, along with your public display name.
- Network information. Online matches connect players' devices through Epic Online Services, which processes IP addresses to create and relay connections.
- Gameplay data. Match results, scores, progression, settings, and match logs (for example, weapon use and positions during a match) used for balancing and anti-cheat checks.
- Reports and moderation. If you report a player or are reported, we record the report, the account identifiers involved, the match, the time and the reason, plus any resulting moderation action (such as a mute or ban).
- Chat and voice. Text chat is filtered on your device and in the match. Voice chat is transmitted live between players through Epic Online Services. We do not record or store voice chat.
- Crash and diagnostic data. If the game crashes, it may produce a crash report with technical details about your system and the error.
We do not collect your real name, address, payment details, or precise location. Purchases on Steam are handled by Valve.
How we use information
- To run online matches, matchmaking and lobbies.
- To save your progression and settings.
- To detect cheating, enforce the code of conduct, and review reports.
- To fix bugs and balance the game, using aggregated gameplay data.
We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Epic Games, which provides Epic Online Services (sessions, lobbies, connection relay, voice, player moderation and anti-cheat). See Epic's privacy policy at epicgames.com/site/privacypolicy.
- Valve, which operates Steam. See Steam's privacy policy.
- Other players see your display name, in-game stats and chat during matches.
- Authorities, if required by law.
Retention
Match logs and diagnostic data are kept for up to 12 months. Reports and moderation records are kept as long as needed to enforce bans and handle appeals. Progression data is kept while you play; you can ask us to delete it.
Your choices and rights
- You can mute any player, and Streamer Mode hides player names and chat.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete data linked to your account by emailing contact@blickopps.com. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights under local law, which we will honor.
Children
The game contains mature content and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the game develops. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
